San Jose City HallThe purpose of this non-partisan event is to go beyond exposing the Islamic Republic’s sorry human rights record and address the kind of impediments to human rights progress that emanate from the country’s tradition, culture and behavioral patterns. Participants in the eight panel discussions will include Iranian human rights activists and scholars currently residing in the U. S., Canada and Europe.
